Q: Do you work alone or do you have a crew?

A: We have a number of friendly professional Journeymen painters that work with me. This way your job will be completed in a timely matter. We stay on your job until it is completed to your satisfaction.

Q: How long will it take to paint my house?

A: That depends on the size of your house, but in most cases a complete exterior will take 2.5 to 3.5 days. On interior projects we like to make it as painless as possible by painting all the common areas first and on the second day paint the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry areas.

Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the painters?

A: For interiors remove all nick-knacks and small personal Items. We will do the rest. For exterior projects you should remove all items at least 8 ft from the exterior walls.

Q: Do I need a deposit to get started?

A: No deposit is required. You are not billed for our services until the job is complete, and you are completely satisfied. We do except Mastercard and Visa for your convenience.

Q: Can the outside of my house be painted in the winter?

A: Yes, the new exterior paints are formulated to paint in all weather conditions. The new materials dry in low temperatures and bond well in cool and moist conditions. In fact, the slower the paint dries, the more durable it becomes.

Q: Do we charge by the job or by the hour?

A: I personally walk the job with every customer and provide a comprehensive and detailed estimate. This way the job will be completed as per the proposal and our job walk with no hidden surprises. All proposals include 100% labor and materials and there is never an additional cost to the customer.

Q: How soon can I get started?

A: Most jobs can start right away.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?

A: Yes, all jobs will be completed to your satisfaction and most exterior work is guaranteed for 8 years.
